We specialise in aerial yoga offerings at Inner Cocoon.  Aerial Yoga is a dynamic and transformative practice that combines the mindfulness,  strength and flexibility aspect of traditional yoga with the exhilarating sensation of being suspended in the air.

 

Using a soft, supportive hammock, Aerial Yoga allows you to deepen stretches, build strength, and explore the playful freedom of movement in a way that’s both fun and empowering.

 

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner,  we provide a comprehensive syllabus and variety of offerings to support you in your journey, whether it is for spinal health and decompression or to explore and play with complex movements, build strength and flexibility - our wide range of class types of aerial yoga will set you on a path of discovery and depth.

Our mat based classes focuses on traditional yoga practices that integrates movement, breath, and alignment to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

 

At Inner Cocoon, we offer a range of Mat Yoga classes designed to suit every practitioner, including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Alignment (Iyengar)-based classes.

Our Vinyasa classes focus on synchronizing breath with fluid movement, helping you build strength and endurance while flowing through sequences. Slow Flow emphasizes mindful movement and longer holds to deepen flexibility and promote relaxation, allowing for a more intentional and restorative experience. Alignment-based (Iyengar) classes focus on precise alignment and the use of props to ensure proper form, making this practice ideal for those seeking to build a solid foundation or work through specific postural challenges.

Each class is designed to provide a well-rounded approach to yoga, focusing on both the technical aspects of the practice and its ability to foster a deep sense of mindfulness.

Healing Movement

This soulful class combines gentle, fluid movements with restorative practices to help release emotional tension and to holistically address the body, mind and soul. 

Flex & Flow

A blend of yoga and dance, Flex & Flow focuses on enhancing flexibility and strength while allowing you to flow with ease. Move with intention and rhythm, and experience the freedom of self-expression.

Aerial Dance

Defy gravity in our Aerial Dance classes, where you’ll float and dance in the air, building strength and flexibility in a playful, creative way. 

Barre

Combining ballet, Pilates, and strength training, Barre sculpts and tones your body with small, controlled movements that focus on core strength and posture. It’s a fun and effective way to build endurance and muscle tone.
